Our thanks go out to the all of the volunteers, without whom we could not have put the reunion together. Many active and retired employees and spouses have volunteered to assist with arrangements, act as tour guides, and staff the hospitality room.

Other volunteers will be needed to:

Assemble the welcome packets for attendees prior to September 20.

Staff the Registration desk (Signing in attendees, handing out information packages and tickets.)

Pick up box lunches and drinks and bringing them to hotel for loading on bus.

Loan large coolers for hospitality suite (two needed) and Saturday box lunches and drinks (Four to six needed).

"Shepherd" the tours (checking off participants from registration list, ensuring everyone gets back on the bus, handing out lunches and drinks).

Drive a car and follow one of the tour buses for emergencies.

Set up the hospitality room (Helping unload supplies and storing them in the room and coolers).

Host the hospitality room for 2 hours on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. (Restock food and drink from supplies. Take out the trash and recycling).

Clean up the hospitality room on Saturday night after the banquet (carry things out of the hotel.
